Next Gen

1. My character (Tech Tommy) is a boy who's body was destroyed and rebuilt in some places. He's very strongly practiced with technology. He wants to join Next Gen so that he can train, help save people, and find people with similar interests. I plan with my character of starting out as a badass, but later in showing a more sensitive part of himself.
